New York City’s Widowspeak have just announced the release of their new quasi-concept album The Jacket, and from it they’ve revealed its wiry, subtly-sumptuous, Great-American-Songbook-styled “Everything Is Simple”. The LP is out through Captured Tracks on March 11th, and you can pre-order cassette, white-vinyl and CD versions of it both from them and from Bandcamp now.
