Originally from Lisbon, Sara Serpa is a musician and composer living in Harlem, and “Night” — her new single — is an interstellar psalm beamed through wine-colored skies. The track features lyrics from Nigerian author Emmanuel Iduma, and it’s taken from her forthcoming Intimate Strangers LP.
